Reverse logistics: the new priority? It's time to reclaim some substantial lost income streams

According to one estimate, $100 billion in goods are returned each year across all channels. This costs industry channel participants about $35 billion, according to the Reverse Logistics Executive Council (RLEC, www.rlec.org).
