Industrial Engineer/Project Engineer

St. Onge Company, a leading supply chain and engineering consulting firm located in York, PA is seeking Industrial Engineers/Project Engineers to design manufacturing and distribution center layouts and perform facility master planning.
Engineering functions may include process flow analysis, statistical data analysis and correlation, alternative layout generation, equipment evaluation and cost analysis. You will work directly with clients on and off site requiring an average of 50% travel to project sites, stateside and international. Relocation is required.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering preferred, or a BSME or other Bachelors degree plus minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment, conducting cost analysis, layout design and implementation, development of standard operating procedures, time studies, inventory analysis, creation and application of budgetary models to assure quality and increase productivity. A familiarity with a variety of material handling equipment technologies and experience with WMS is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Must possess strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources, distribution centers and/or plant operations (a high level of proficiency in MS Access or other relational database tools, MS Office and MS Project).
