Entitled “The Retail Revolution: How Businesses Can Survive in a Post-COVID World”, the article discusses how the COVID-19 virus has changed the way consumers interact with businesses, particularly brick and mortar shopping. Matt also analyzes data to try and predict what the post-COVID world will look like.
