What is — and isn’t — Working to Manage Staffing?
With the current labor market conditions, now is the time to question everything. Is it better or worse to utilize labor management systems (LMS) , engineered standards, and incentive pay? How can an LMS be utilized to cultivate a positive work environment, support competitive pay, increase productivity, and improve retention ? Should a higher fixed rate be used, with reasonable rates for operator feedback? What other ideas might improve performance and reduce turnover? It’s all on the table here. Share your opinions and hear your peers’ thoughts in this timely, relevant discussion.

This presentation will share insights into the facility and site planning phase of the project, covering how to plan with incomplete inventory data, approaches to consolidating different processes (transmission, distribution, and returns) into one location, and equipment selection.
